We push new orders to our warehouse throughout the day so our fulfillment team can pick, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you've changed your mind about your order, or realize you ordered the wrong items, use the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of this page to contact our Customer Care team as quickly as possible. If you reach us in time, we may be able to cancel the order before it ships.
If we're not able to cancel up-front, we'll provide you with pre-paid return shipping labels so you can ship them back to us for free after your delivery is completed.
Once we've confirmed the delivery, one of our team members will process your refund and send a confirmation email for your records.
