Pending orders

If your order has not shipped and its reached our 5 business day processing time, there may be an item out of stock or we are currently assembling items to fulfill yours and other orders that include a certain item. 

If your order contains an item that is out of stock and you are unsure, please check back to the product page of the items you ordered as we always place a lead time notice when an item is sold out. You will see a "*** Currently sold out, X week lead time***" notice

Shipped orders

If your order has shipped you should have received a tracking number as soon as it was processed. If it did indeed ship and you still haven't received your order, please reach out so we can figure out where its at.
