My charger is not charging

My charger is not charging after I first installed it.

99% of the time, the cause of your charger not charging is due to incorrect installation of the wire taps. 

If you have any of our chargers, most of our wiring harnesses requires the use of wire taps like the one pictured below. 

In order for the wires to be pinched, you have to make sure the metal contact in the center is making contact with the wire itself, not just the colored shielding around it. We recommend that the metal contact be fully inserted and sitting flush with the red housing around it before closing the small tab. Once this is done, if your charger is still not charging please remove the current wire taps and make sure the wire was pierced by the metal contact. 

If it wasn't, you can take a small razor blade to expose a small section of wire for and continue reinstallation.

If your charger is still not charging

It is rare, but it can happen, please wire the charger directly to your battery to make sure the charger is not dead on arrival. 

If it is, please reach out to use so we can replace it.

My charger was working but now it isn't

If your charger was working and now its not, please reach out so we can replace it as long as its within our 1 year warranty period. 

If its over our warranty period, please purchase a replacement.
