A whole item is missing from my order


If you received your order and an item is missing, it may be out of stock or have a current extended lead time. If this is the case, you should see a lead time in the product page. 


A part is missing from my order


If you received most of your order but a small part is missing, whether its part of a kit or a simple screw, nut or washer, please send us an email so we can send over the missing parts as soon as possible.
